Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes due to low enrollment (less than five) or other circumstances beyond our control. By sending in your payment to us you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Fees paid for instructional class only will be refundable if you cancel your enrollment in a scheduled class in a form of a written letter via-email to Fayyazahmed86@yahoo.com within 10 business days prior to the start date of the scheduled class.
If you are enrolled in a scheduled class and do not cancel within the 10 days prior to the class, or fail to appear, you will not receive a refund and if you wish to attend the next class you have to pay again.
Individuals that have enrolled in a training class who reschedule their enrollment within 10 business days prior to the class, will be eligible to participate in our class when we have students for the class in that county within three to six months. Rescheduling less than 10 days to a scheduled session there is a $75.00 fee. Reschedule students gets only one chance to schedule again. No refund or credit for students who do not show up in a scheduled or a rescheduled class..
General Liability Policy
We are not responsible or liable for the outcome of any emergency situation arising after training or proctoring exam to any student or examine.. You agree the maximum liability to us shall be the price of the training or proctoring fees in case of any issue occurring after training or proctoring.
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gathered from you will only be used by our training facility. We do not store any credit card and payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing addresses, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
The information provided on our website is presented “as is” and we are not held responsible for any mistakes or misprints. This includes any incorrect pricing or product descriptions. We expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, or any kind with respect to the website and its use. You agree that our company., its’ officers, employees and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of this content and its information.
On Site Training Policy
We will gladly come to your location to perform an On-Site Training. We ask that you have a minimum of five people. Once you have scheduled an On-Site Training date, we request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the training. You can reschedule within 48 hours of the On-Site Training. Please be advised that you can only reschedule your training one time. If the On-Site Training is canceled, you will not receive the deposit back. Also be aware that group discounts are given based on the number of students originally accounted for by the client. If fewer students than expected are present for the class, We will not issue a refund for those missing students due to the nature of the discount, we can instead issue a credit for training of those students.
Low Attendance Policy
If there are fewer than three students for a class and/or exam then you may have to come to a different location same day with good attendance.
