Welcome to Food and Safety Training. We proudly provide ServSafe Food Manager and Food Handler Classes. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.
Sanitation certification is required by most restaurants as a basic credential for their management staff. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is nationally recognized. Earning Food Manager Certification tells the industry that you know food safety.
Students can buy their own book (ServSafe Food Manager Book 7th Edition) prior to the class from ServSafe.
