We offer the ServSafe® Foodhandler training program for your employees in a two to three hour instructor-led training session. Each participant will receive a ServSafe® Foodhandler training guide with color-coded sections for easy reference and color photographs to help reinforce food safety concepts. The material uses common workforce language that makes information easy to understand and able to put to use effectively on the job. The course covers key food safety areas:
• Basic Food Safety
• Personal Hygiene
• Cross Contamination and Allergens
• Time and Temperature
• Cleaning and Sanitizing
At the end of the course, employees will be given a 40 question test-assessment to measure their knowledge and understanding of food safety. After taking the assessment, employees will receive a ServSafe® Foodhandler certificate of completion.
